Here’s the latest:
Sports med appointment yesterday was the best thing ever. Quick 2-minute meeting with an experienced and qualified professional, and I have been referred to physio and am assured that I will make a full and speedy recovery. Best news ever!!!
Although I sold my half bib last week, which I think is the right decision knowing I have a 60km 2-day walk in just over 3 weeks...
